Apartment Leasing Consultant / Administrative Assistant

Madison, FL
$17–$18 per Hour

Are you a people-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? We are seeking a Leasing Consultant or Administrative Assistant to support a busy apartment community in Madison, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with leasing experience or a strong office/customer service background looking to grow in the property management industry.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Assist with leasing activities and resident relations
• Process applications and maintain resident files
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
• Coordinate work orders with maintenance staff
• Assist with rent collections and office operations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and office software
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently
