We are seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Asset Manager to steward the long-term health of our growing portfolio of cooperative housing communities.
About SquareOne Villages SquareOne Villages is a community land trust based in Eugene, Oregon with a mission of creating democratic communities with homes that are permanently affordable and environmentally sustainable. Since our founding in 2012, we've established a track record of delivering innovative "outside the box" shelter and housing, and currently specialize in developing multi-family affordable housing co-ops. We envision our villages and workplace as environments in which people from all backgrounds and abilities are welcomed, included, and valued.Description SquareOne Villages is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Asset Manager to steward the long-term health of our growing portfolio of cooperative housing communities. As a community land trust, we currently hold ground leases with 4 housing co-ops in Lane County (112 units), with another 3 co-ops (approximately 147 units) in various stages of development, and also own a handful of other properties.
