Logistics Lead
$18 per hourRocky Mountain Outdoor Center
Must be available to work from June 1- September 15 with training starting in May. Duties include coordinating river shuttles with guide staff and moving trip vehicles in a timely, efficient manner.
Daily work also includes weed-whacking and other light maintenance, or errands, on slower days. River shuttles may involve road biking (e-bike or gravel bike provided) up to 15 miles at a time in a mountainous, high-altitude environment.
Must be able to drive a manual transmission and back up a van with a trailer on a busy boat ramp. No bus driving or CDL required. Prior knowledge of Arkansas River access points and associated parking a plus. Must be able to prioritize multiple duties, and oversee other staff (shuttle drivers), at a busy summer outfitter. Compensation depends on proficiency and experience with wages starting at $15 per hour.
