- Drives customer service initiatives and owning the customers experience.
- Responds to patient questions/ concerns
- educate customer on current testing products and general knowledge pertaining to Covid testing
- Helping customers with filling out required paperwork required
- Will help with multiple roles as needed
Requirements
- High school Diploma
- Training will be given on site
- Team Player
