The business scales efficiently without sacrificing culture or quality. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives. Improve receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, transportation, and returns processes. Develop standardized work and best practices across all departments. Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Data & Performance Management Develop and maintain operational KPI dashboards. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective action planning. Measure and communicate project outcomes. Leadership Development Train and coach leaders on continuous improvement methodologies. Facilitate problem-solving and process improvement workshops. Develop a culture of ownership and operational excellence. Build internal capability for continuous improvement across all levels. Strategic Growth & Scalability Support facility expansion and new customer onboarding. Lead projects that improve capacity and operational scalability. Evaluate and implement automation and technology solutions. Create repeatable systems that can support future locations and growth. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business (or related field) or 5+ years of operational leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and project management skills. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and operational reporting. Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. E-commerce, fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL experience. Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. Experience supporting automation and process technology projects.
