• Shift : 12hrs (Night Shift)

Qualifications:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
• Licensed LPN
• AHA BLS certified

Experience/ Skills:
• Min 1 -2 year of LPN in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred
