We offer a welcoming, respectful, and fun team culture. House Cleaner Position Overview Desert Dimensions Properties is launching an in-house services division to support our residential portfolio. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join a two-person team providing high-quality cleaning services across single-family homes, condominiums, seasonal rentals, and our office space. This role supports consistent cleanliness standards, faster turnaround times, and clear communication for our Tenants and internal team. Perform all categories of residential cleaning, including: Move-in and move-out turnover cleans Deep cleans Recurring and occupied home cleans Seasonal and short-term rental refreshes Handle laundry and linen changes for short-term and seasonal rentals Clean the office during scheduled off-hours Complete most cleanings within a target window of 2–4 hours per home Move lightweight appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, and washers, to clean surrounding areas when needed Travel throughout Maricopa County using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided per company policy) Update job progress, notes, photos, and completion details in AppFolio Communicate professionally with Tenants and internally with supervisors and team members Uphold Desert Dimensions’ standards for reliability, communication, and cleanliness Maintain a safe, organized set of cleaning supplies and equipment (provided by employer) House Cleaner Required Qualifications Prior experience in residential, turnover, housekeeping, or janitorial cleaning Comfort working within a two-person team structure Reliable transportation and a valid Arizona driver’s license Strong communication skills with consistent responsiveness via phone and text Ability to meet time targets while maintaining quality standards Ability to move light appliances as needed for cleaning access House Cleaner Screening Requirements Background check Motor vehicle record check Drug screening House Cleaner Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent standing,, reaching, kneeling, and movement throughout the day Ability to safely move lightweight appliances for cleaning access Regular exposure to standard household cleaning products Full-time, W-2 position Daytime schedule, Monday through Friday Compensation based on experience, with mileage reimbursement provided A cover letter sharing a bit about yourself, what interests you about this role, and what you are looking for in an employer Your resume Three professional references Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview, or join us for on-the-spot interviews at our offices (715 E Sierra Vista Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85014) on: January 8th, 2026, 10am – 2pm January 14th, 2026, 10am – 2pm No calls, no solicitations, no recruiters please.
