• Position Type: Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (Outpatient Only)
• Call: Minimal (Automated Nurse Triage Line)
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Required)

• Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Patient Panel: Established (taking over retiring physician’s panel)
• Support Staff: NP/PA support
• Onsite Services: Point-of-care lab testing
