Personal Training Manager

Role Description The Personal Training Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Casselberry, FL. This position oversees the personal training department, including managing trainers’ schedules, monitoring client programs, and ensuring high‑quality fitness coaching and member engagement. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading and mentoring personal trainers, conducting assessments and consultations, developing individualized training plans, and supporting sales of training packages. The role also involves maintaining a safe, welcoming training environment, collaborating with club leadership on performance targets, and promoting Amped Fitness programs and events to drive member participation and retention. Qualifications Strong personal training expertise, including Personal Training, Training, and Fitness Training skills. Solid knowledge of the Fitness Industry and current best practices in exercise programming and member experience. Relevant certification such as U.S. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or comparable nationally recognized credential. Proven experience managing or leading a training team in a fitness or wellness environment. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset. Ability to set goals, track performance, and use basic business metrics to guide decisions. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
