HVAC/R Technician and Installer

We are looking to expand our HVAC/R installation team. Our Facilities Department provides support to our shops, rental properties and district staff. The right candidate will work well under pressure in a team environment and be solutions focused. A company vehicle and tools/gauges are provided. This position is based out of our corporate office in Ballston Spa, NY. Responsibilities Installation and maintenance of walk-in refrigeration units. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair self-contained refrigerated equipment. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in service and installation. Experience with HVAC systems. EPA Universal Certificate. Vocational or Tech Training preferred. Electric and Plumbing experience preferred. Must be organized, a strong communicator, self‑motivated. Possess strong time management skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to travel to job sites – company vehicle provided. Occasional overnight travel and on‑call responsibility.
