Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Description Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Boise, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Requirements - Active RN license (license pending accepted) - BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS & STABLE required - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring required - 3+ years of L&D experience required - Must have Labor & Delivery, Antepartum & Postpartum experience - OR circulating experience preferred - Previous travel experience required (No first-time travelers) Unit Highlights - Float only within Women's Services (Antepartum, L&D & Postpartum) - High-risk OB population including preeclampsia, PPROM, placenta previa, diabetes, multiples, and other complex pregnancies - AWHONN staffing ratios (1:6 couplet care postpartum) - 24/7 Laborist, Neonatologist & CRNA coverage - RN independently transitions mom & baby when NICU is unavailable - Charge RN on every shift - NICU team attends deliveries as needed Clinical Skills - Antepartum, Labor & Delivery & Postpartum care - Pitocin, Magnesium & Insulin drips - Newborn transition & postpartum couplet care - Car seat studies - Ability to float between units and facilities during shift as needed Scheduling - 4x12-hour nights (6:45 PM–7:30 AM) - Every other weekend - Minimal holiday requirements - No call required About Prime Time Healthcare Nursing Prime Time Healthcare is a leading provider of traveling healthcare professionals nationwide.
