Job Summary:

Provides specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet patients rehabilitation goals.
  
  
• 
  Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and equipment to deliver interventions.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
  
  
• 
  Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and support staff as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current state licensure in physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS or CPR certification from an approved provider.
  
  
• 
  Have at least two years of relevant outpatient or inpatient therapy experience (preferred).
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
