Well Being is a family-owned, husband-and-wife massage studio in Merriman Valley, established in 2018. We're growing, and we're looking for licensed massage therapists who want the freedom of running their own practice — without the risk and overhead of doing it alone.

Most studios hire employees and hand them a schedule, a script, and a manager. We don't work that way. At Well Being, you set your own schedule, work your own style, and build your own book of clients from the clientele that we generate already. Nobody stands over your shoulder. And there are two ways to work with us — pick the one that fits where you are right now:

Option 1 — Independent Contractor (1099) with Well Being

• Earn $32 for a 1-hour session, $48 for a 90-minute session, and $64 for a 2-hour session — plus all of your tips
• Paid daily — no waiting on a two-week pay cycle
• Clients book through our established studio and booking system, so you stay busy while you build your following
• Set your own days and hours

Option 2 — Rent Your Own Treatment Room

• A private room in an established studio — $650/month
• You keep 100% of what you earn; your only costs are your rent and your own business expenses
• Run your practice completely your way: your clients, your prices, your schedule

Start one way, switch anytime. Many therapists start as contractors to build a book with zero overhead, then move into their own room when they're ready — and you can make that move anytime you'd like. There's no waiting period and no penalty for switching. To give you a sense of the math: on our $125 90-minute Signature, renting starts working out ahead of the contractor rate once you're doing about 10–12 sessions a month.

What we're looking for:

• Current Ohio massage therapy license (State Medical Board of Ohio)
• Professional liability insurance (often AMTA provided)
• A genuine care for clients and your craft — deep tissue and therapeutic work are our bread and butter
• Reliability: your clients are counting on you
