We are recruiting a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation opportunity in Ithaca, NY .
This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys working closely with patients throughout their recovery, providing evidence-based care, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and other appropriate interventions
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a safe, organized, and patient-focused outpatient environment
What We’re Looking For
- DPT or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree
- Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
