Description General Manager We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, develops employees, drives financial performance, and is committed to creating a positive, guest-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Meet financial goals by managing budgets, controlling labor and food costs, and increasing sales and profitability. Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs and maintain quality. Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and discipline team members. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and oversee ongoing training for servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers. Monitor service standards, food quality, and speed of service, and implement improvements as needed. Coach employees through regular performance feedback and evaluations. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety, sanitation, health, and labor regulations. Build strong relationships with guests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
