Real Estate Apprentice - High Commission Split, No Experience Required

Whether you're newly licensed or currently working toward your real estate license, you'll have access to experienced professionals who can teach you how the business works.

No previous real estate sales experience is necessary.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and proven systems designed to help you develop your skills and gain confidence working with buyers and sellers.

As a Real Estate Apprentice, you'll learn how to find potential clients, generate new business, schedule appointments, show properties, and guide transactions from the first conversation through closing.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

$115,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.
• Collaborate with our experienced team to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques.
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your market knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Facilitate smooth transactions by coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Utilize our proven systems to track your progress and stay organized in your daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends and strategies.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain and nurture a pipeline of leads.
• Experience in using CRM systems or willingness to learn our proven systems quickly.
