Parent Support Specialist

Providing exceptional support to families, the full-time Parent Support Specialist will assist with enrollment, reimbursements, and community event organization while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Deliver direct support to parents through various communication channels, addressing questions about their child's educational program Utilize a help ticketing system to efficiently manage and respond to parent requests Coordinate with team members and document interactions to ensure consistent information delivery and enhance the family experience Required qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited college or university or related advanced learning experiences 1-3 years of customer service experience, account management, or marketing Familiarity with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets Experience managing tickets or customer interactions in a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus Commitment to maintaining flexible availability during traditional business hours in the Pacific Time Zone
