Requirements / Responsibilities Accurately trim materials according to specified measurements and quality standards. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality guidelines. Operate trimming tools and machinery safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous experience as a trimmer or in a similar production role is preferred. Ability to operate trimming equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic math skills for measurement interpretation. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Receive and prepare material for trimming. Use handheld or machine tools to trim excess material. Verify trimmed materials meet quality standards and specific measurements. Package trimmed products appropriately for shipment or further processing.
