What You’ll Do:- Be the superstar who ensures customer orders flow seamlessly from development to launch
- Communicate with customers to finalize BOMs and keep everything accurate in our MRP system
- Analyze supply and demand to keep materials moving and schedules on track
- Collaborate with scheduling and shipping teams to make magic happen
- Prepare weekly status updates and keep customers in the loop
- Maintain data integrity like pro and close orders with confidence What We’re Looking For:
- 2 + years of customer service or product development experience
- Project management skills? Even better!
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MRP systems
- A multitasking master who can pivot with ease
