The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is searching for a motivated candidate who can recognize opportunities and turn opportunities into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Associate, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply learned insurance knowledge to everyday scenarios and educate the community.
• Manage client insurance accounts and find gaps in coverage.
• Assist clients with renewals and finding best solutions.
• Market products and services using personalized plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Approachable, empathetic, and collaborative in professional settings.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty licensed preferred.
• Must be able to obtain insurance licenses. We sponsor and will show you how!!
