Industrial Maintenance Technician (Up to $43/hr + Heavy Overtime)

Earning Potential & Benefits

• Base Hourly Pay: $37.00 - $43.00/hour (Based on experience)
• Expected Income: $110,000+ annually with built-in overtime
• Work Hours: 50 - 70 hours per week (Consistent, reliable overtime pay)

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Northlake, IL (High-speed, automated manufacturing facility)

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot: Diagnose high-speed automated machinery, PLCs, and 3-phase power distribution.
• Repair: Fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures.
• Maintain: Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) to keep production running safely.
• Fix Heavy Machinery: Repair industrial motors, drives, and power transmission components.
• Fabricate: Complete structural welding and basic metal fabrication as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot PLCs and read electrical schematics.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Reliability: A solid, stable work history with a desire for consistent weekly overtime.
• Corrugating equipment experience is a major plus, but not required!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

Union Environment part of PPPWU, so medical, dental, vision, etc.
