Mission:

Promote and manage sales opportunities and ensure all services are delivered to customer satisfaction, bringing continuous value improvement and contributing to company growth targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Will be responsible to promote our portfolio of product and services to existing and potential customers, so he/she should follow the set Sales Process, including:

1. Will be responsible for handling incoming Request for Quotations (RFQs) for the nominated customers.

2. After internal evaluation, we will be responsible for conducting a series of discovery meetings and calls to evaluate the details of the request and the scope of the project to raise a proper quote.

3. Will be also responsible to identify the decision-making unit, process and criteria, in order to prepare an adequate proposal and design.

4. He/she has to design the product according to the customer's requirements and be able to make the necessary documentation for its manufacture.

5. Will be responsible for preparing the economic and technical proposal providing different options to respond to and fulfil customer´s needs.

6.  Will be also responsible to manage the negotiation process to clarify any question with the customer and follow up the process to close the deal with the buyer.

7. Will be responsible for coordinating the process to build a prototype to make sure this is following customer´s expectations, in terms of timing and product-wise.

Will be also responsible to:

1. Ensure that our product and services remain of high value and relevance, to ensure

satisfied clients and apply our standards

1. Communicate regularly and effectively with the rest of the organization to ensure satisfied clients.
2. In case of any customer’s claim, we will be responsible for coordinating with Quality Team so that we respond to customer properly
3. Will participate in fairs, exhibitions and promotional events to present and divulge the company and its products.

Studies:

1. Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering
2. MBA would be desirable.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in Technical Sales or a related field.
2. Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering
3. 5 or more years of experience in a managerial or sales role.
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP, Sales Force is highly desirable.
5. Experience with pre-sales activities, including client presentations and technical demonstrations.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey

complex technical concepts clearly.
