Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station

- Assist in the assembly of dishes during service

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Support the kitchen team in completing prep tasks for upcoming shifts

- Ensure all food items are stored properly and rotated regularly

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely food preparation

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
