About the Role

The Company is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior Acquisition banker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of large, profitable business clients with a focus on business development, acquiring balances, and deepening product utilization. This role requires a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial advice, with a strong emphasis on client experience and risk management. The Business Relationship Manager Senior will be expected to acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of business clients, deliver customized banking solutions, and grow the portfolio by prospecting for new clients. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to balance client needs with the interests of the firm. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience. A strong current business network and active involvement in community organizations are also required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 3 years' managing clients with annual revenue greater than $10 million. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and in-depth knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, and financial concepts are preferred. The role demands a self-directed, proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
