Working closely with executive leadership, product, and technical stakeholders, you will help drive innovation, operational excellence, and engineering scalability in a fast-evolving SaaS environment. This position is ideal for a hands‑on technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong people management and organizational development capabilities. Accountabilities Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on connectivity, integrations, and scalable data platform solutions. Drive organizational design initiatives using modern engineering frameworks such as Team Topologies to improve flow efficiency and reduce cognitive load. Oversee the integration of AI‑driven workflows and automation into the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and incident response processes. Provide architectural leadership and technical oversight for large-scale, cloud-centric SaaS platforms. Collaborate with Product, UX, and executive stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into technical execution plans. Establish and monitor engineering performance metrics, operational benchmarks, and process improvement initiatives. Design scalable onboarding, deployment, and feedback processes to support engineering growth and efficiency. Foster a strong engineering culture focused on mentorship, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coach engineering leaders and support career development, internal mobility, and succession planning initiatives. Requirements 7–10+ years of experience in high‑growth SaaS or technology environments with strong engineering leadership responsibilities. Proven experience building, scaling, and managing R&D or engineering organizations in fast‑paced environments. Strong technical background with expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based platforms. Deep proficiency in Java and experience working with scalable, high‑availability infrastructure. Practical experience or strong interest in AI‑driven engineering workflows, LLM integration, and automation within SDLC processes. Strong understanding of organizational design principles including Team Topologies, flow optimization, and engineering scalability. Experience implementing modern leadership and management frameworks such as Management3.0. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical and business priorities.
