Cub Savage is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a Part Time Produce Cut Fruit position! Produce Cut Fruit team members at Cub are responsible for preparing precut produce product, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. Product rotation is a critical responsibility to ensure product freshness and help minimize waste. This role requires attention to detail and strong customer service skills which will help contribute to an efficient and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs aisle stocking and display building
• Sorting of dairy/frozen food stock loads
• Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement
• Assist customers with questions about product locations and suggestions
• Answers department phone calls and responds or refers as appropriate
• Follows all store and department policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Equipment operation (forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.).
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
• Memorization, reading, writing and math.
• The position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
• Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
• Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil

Schedule:

Varied weekly shifts. 18-25 hours a week. Weekend availability required.
