Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Nights, 48 hours/week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week

Requirements:

• New Hampshire RN License or Compact
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience
• Epic EMR experience
• AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years (Preferred)
• Candidate must have their own vehicle

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood.
• Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process.
• Adhere to nursing philosophy, objectives, standards of care, and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.

Compliance / Notes:

• RTO requests must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• All medical/occupational health compliance items must be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance. Proofs must be uploaded.
• Requests for schedule accommodations will not be approved.
• Non-billable orientation is required.
