Ability to bring concerns up through a standardized chain of command. Ability to handle and process multiple materials. Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts. Experience with microscopes is desired. Proficient computer skills. Skilled coordination and multitasking. Ability to handle delicate products. Team communication and collaboration. Good verbal and written communication skills Assembly and inspected experience Used precision tools Followed detailed work instructions and quality standards Able to read drawings and detailed instructions ESD experience in clean room Good hand eye coordination Experienced using microscopes to perform high-precision visual assessments. Expertise in precise handling and assembly of small, sensitive materials Skilled in quality assurance and detailed inspection processes Pay Transparency This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $22.28/hour - $29.71/hour W-2.
