  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, using recognized assessment tools to gather valuable insights.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based strategies.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, maintaining a focus on promoting clients’ personal growth and addressing core issues affecting their mental health.

  • Set achievable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide convenient virtual sessions for clients who prefer remote interaction, enhancing accessibility for those facing geographical or logistical barriers.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to ensure accountability and high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.   • A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory.
