This position involves working with children from infancy to school-age, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and individualized care. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills and emotional growth. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Supervise children's activities to ensure they are safe and constructive. Keep the daycare environment clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
