ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Bronx, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cardiac Catheterization Technologist Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 8-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch, totaling 35 guaranteed hours per week. Rotating on-call requirements for weekends and holidays may be necessary. Job Description As a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist, you will perform imaging procedures and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions in a cardiology unit. You will be working within a team to provide high-quality patient care during cardic catheterization and interventional radiology procedures. Responsibilities Conduct imaging procedures in a Cardiac Catheterization Suite. Assist in the administration of contrast media and monitoring of patient safety during procedures. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in delivering patient care. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Document procedures and patient interactions accurately. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure New York State License as an X-ray Technologist. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification or American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Registered. BLS and ACLS Certification (American Heart Association). Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology. Two (2) years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Technologist or X-ray Technologist, with at least one (1) year in an Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Suite. Why ARMStaffing?
