Back 2 Basics Pediatrics is a client-centered pediatric clinic specializing in nutrition and feeding , and we’re looking for a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping children and families thrive—while maintaining real work-life balance. At our clinic, you’ll be supported by a highly trained, multidisciplinary team and encouraged to grow, learn, and practice with autonomy. Collaborative team environment (SLPs, OTs, Dietitians, Lactation Consultants, Mental Health Therapists) Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your caseload Supportive leadership that values your time and expertise Opportunities to grow in pediatric feeding and nutrition A workplace where you leave each day knowing you made a difference Position Overview Schedule: Full-time or Part-time openings (20–40 hours/week) Population: Infants, children and teens (birth–19 years) Setting: In-person outpatient clinic with some remote flexibility You’ll provide medical nutrition therapy and feeding support to pediatric patients and their families, both in-office and virtually. What You’ll Do Conduct assessments and evaluations Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy Support pediatric feeding and growth goals Educate patients, caregivers, and collaborating providers Monitor and adjust nutrition interventions over time Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team What We’re Looking For Licensed (or eligible) in the state of Maryland Pediatric experience required (feeding experience a plus!)
