Customer Service Rep
Elwood Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support the sales team and provide excellent service to customers. This position will be responsible for entering and tracking orders, assisting with purchase orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the order process. Customer Service Rep Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs
- Enter and process customer orders accurately Assist with purchase orders and related documentation
- Follow up on orders, shipments, and customer requests
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and questions
Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, administrative, or order entry experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
