About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a valid license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required. Must-Have: - Permanent state license or compact license is required. - Active certifications must be in hand at the time of application. - Reference from a manager or director in the specialty required. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The shift is during the night, consisting of 4 shifts of 12 hours each. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry. A valid state license or compact license is a must. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandated. Applicants should provide a reference from a managerial or supervisory role in the relevant specialty. Previous travel experience is not required, but candidates should be prepared for assessments as part of orientation. The facility requires candidates to be nicotine-free, with specific drug screening compliance. All guidelines regarding background checks and licensing must be adhered to according to facility policies. Candidates may be eligible to extend their contracts based on performance and facility needs, subject to break requirements.
