Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift . In this role, you will inspect manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, experience using precision measuring tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other quality and production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.
• Experience performing first article or final inspections is preferred but not required.
