Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am-6pm

As a Developmental Services Program Manager at Advocates youll lead the day-to-day operations of a residential program while creating a home where the people we support can build independence pursue their goals and be active members of their communities.

Youll lead and develop a dedicated team oversee staffing and program operations and ensure individuals receive high-quality person-centered support. Youll also work closely with families community partners and other professionals to help individuals access resources build meaningful connections and achieve their goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll have the opportunity to develop staff solve problems build community and see the impact of your leadership every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership supervision and support to staff and ensure program success

• Oversee administrative operations in collaboration with the Program Director

• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage

• Monitor and interpret program budgets

• Lead staff meetings and supervise coach and evaluate team members

• Support individuals in accessing services and entitlements (e.g. housing benefits)

• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies

• Conduct audits and program reviews as needed

• Ensure compliance with financial medication and case record standards

• Complete required reports (e.g. payroll petty cash census)

• Oversee staff training and professional development

• Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid MAP SOLVE HR/DPPC)

• Facilitate meaningful community-based opportunities for individuals

• Travel between program sites meetings and trainings as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or at least 2 years of program experience including staff supervision (hiring evaluation and development)

• Strong communication organizational and decision-making skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• High energy strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and willingness to transport individuals

• Commitment to and experience working with diverse populations strongly preferred
