Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the emergency department, including triage, assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions per physician orders; assess responses and document outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members; communicate changes in patient status promptly
- Monitor vital signs, run basic procedures, and initiate escalation for deteriorating patients
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
- Document care in the Epic EMR; provide patient and family education as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- 2+ years ER nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC; TNCC preferred; MAB preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Onboarding assessments: pass ECG/Tele/EKG and medications tests during onboarding (one attempt; 85% passing score required)
- Ability to work the listed shift and travel requirements; capable of performing duties in a high-acuity ER setting
