Job Summary:
A Certified Operating Room Technician (OR Scheduler) is needed at a healthcare facility in Englewood, Colorado. This position requires candidates to demonstrate current certification and relevant experience. Candidates must bring their license on the first day. The role involves supporting surgical procedures and maintaining sterile techniques within the operating room environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid NBSTACertification, DORA Certification, BLS Certification, current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Operating Room Technician (minimum 6 months) in an obstetric or surgical setting.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, night shift from 5P to 5A, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid NBSTACertification, DORA Certification, BLS Certification, current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Operating Room Technician (minimum 6 months) in an obstetric or surgical setting.
• Additional Information: This position entails surgical tech duties in the operating room, cleaning after vaginal deliveries, and working with equipment such as EFM (TOCCO, US), Doppler, and Novii. The unit has a staffing ratio that can fluctuate with patient acuity, with 1 charge nurse, 5-6 registered nurses, and 1 OB scrub tech on each shift.
