Responsibilities Conduct respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and oxygen therapy. Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to improve patient outcomes. Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care.
