Reconstruction Project ManagerSERVPRO of Friendswood - 12196 is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager. As a Reconstruction Project Manager with SERVPRO of Friendswood - 12196, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects. You are responsible for delivering a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing construction services.Primary Responsibilities:Perform final walk-through with customer and compile and resolve punch list itemsSecure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customerConduct pre-construction meeting with customersProvide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and clientsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workDocument all project activities in the job file in WC 2.0Execute change ordersSet expectations on a project-by-project basisMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsProvide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractorsCoordinate inspections with local jurisdictionsEnsure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchasedEnsure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase ordersValidate schedule and progressIdentify areas outside of contracted scope of workBe familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction CoordinatorEducation and Other Requirements:High school diploma/GED, Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferredSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationBasic math skillsExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredPhysical and Other Work Requirements:Walking and/or standing throughout the dayFrequent driving and sittingOccasionally climbing laddersOccasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heatThe noise level at individual jobsites can be loudThis is a full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
