We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists in the Wilmington area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

What we offer licensed therapists:

Competitive compensation $90,000+, compensation model based on productivity
Signing bonus
Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
Flexible work schedule
Outpatient only
Full-time available
No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends
Hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in-person flexibility.

Licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking licensed therapists that are:

Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
