Tax Manager

Job Description

A well-respected firm in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a client-facing Tax Manager to join their Tax leadership team. They are a firm that focuses on their client’s total picture. This is a highly collaborative team that allows plenty of room for growth, a hybrid work environment, and excellent benefits!


Tax Manager Functions:

• Maintain & build client relationships
• Ability to assign & coordinate work to staff
• Ability to provide feedback to staff after reviewing a return
• Determine when returns meet the standards to be filed and delivered to clients

Tax Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting or Tax Advisory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA Required
• Final Review Experience for Individual and Business Tax Returns
• Proficient in CCH Axcess, Microsoft Excel, & Tax Research Tools

*The following is not required but, it would be looked at as a bonus.

• Experience with HNWI & Closely Held Businesses
• Experience working with Entrepreneurs & Executives
• Experience Training and Coaching Staff
• Experience with Business Advisory and or Wealth Management
