AESC is looking to add a Material Handler to our team in Smyrna, TN.
Full-Time / 4 x 10 Nightshift, 3 x 12 Dayshift, 3 x 12 Nightshift

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Material Handler. As part of our team, you will operate multiple types of forklifts, responsible for shipping & receiving warehouse goods, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping.
What You Will Do
Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
Labeling every product and placing them accordingly
Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply
Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products
Moving materials for R&D and production from various building locations
Qualifications
What You Need
1 year of previous forklift experience
Must be able to stay on task with limited supervision
Ability to be certified on forklift
Ability to work at heights of 25-30 feet
What is “Nice to Have”?
WMS Experience
Aisle Master lift, Narrow Aisle lift, and/or reach truck experience preferred
