Our client, a well-established leader in the food industry is seeking a Temporary Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording and verifying financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and cost control efforts.
• Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
