Front Office / Service Coordinator
About the Position

Mr. Handyman of W. Greenville, Anderson & Clemson is looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Front Office / Service Coordinator to join our team.

This is an important front-office position that serves as the connection between our customers, service technicians, and management team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

This is not simply a call-center or CSR position . The right candidate will help coordinate the daily flow of our service business from the first customer call through scheduling, follow-up, and job completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and gather information about requested repairs and projects
• Schedule estimates, service appointments, and technician visits
• Coordinate daily schedules and communicate changes with technicians
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in our scheduling system
• Follow up with customers regarding estimates, scheduling, and completed work
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed
• Assist with appointment confirmations and technician routing
• Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
• Help ensure customers receive timely updates throughout their project
• Assist with invoices, estimates, work orders, and other office documentation
• Maintain organized customer and job records
• Work closely with management and field technicians to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Help resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate
• Provide general administrative and front-office support as needed

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is helpful:

• Office administration
• Service coordination or dispatching
• Scheduling
• Customer service
• Home services or construction
• Property management
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, or other service businesses

Service Titan experience is preferred but not required. 

Home-service experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong communication skills, organization, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Opportunities for increased responsibility and growth may be available as the employee develops within the position.
