Certified Nurse AideWe are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at BlueBonnet Rehab at Ennis in Ennis, Texas. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality healthcare services to our residents, working under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff.About the Role:Our Certified Nurse Aides are responsible for assisting in the daily activities of our residents, promoting their health, well-being, and comfort. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and feedingAssist with duties of the resident care plan, including toileting and elimination needsProvide vital signs and report any irregularities to the charge nurseObserve and report to the charge nurse any symptoms, reactions, or changes in residentsAssist with lifting, transferring, and supporting residents who may weigh 50lbs or moreDemonstrate working knowledge of proper lifting and transfer techniques and use of total life and stand liftPractice Universal Precaution standards and detect and correct safety hazards in the facilityRespond to resident call lights and encourage and participate in rehabilitative measuresRequirements:Must have an Active Nurse Aide Certification in the State of TexasHigh School diploma or equivalent required1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide preferredAbility to work well with residents, resident families, and all staffGood communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to carry, lift, push, pull, and/or move a minimum of 50lbs or moreAbility to assist residents with personal care and perform basic vital signsFlexibility in work schedule and assignments as neededMust be able to properly handle bodily fluids and exercise good judgementAbility to be patient and understanding in stressful situations and seek proper resourcesShift Availability:6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10p-6am 4 On 2 Off, and PRNCompensation:$13 - $16 per hourBenefits:All Full-Time employees are eligible for Health Insurance Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Hourly employees receive a shift differential when working specific shiftsIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, join our team at BlueBonnet Rehab at Ennis today!
