We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join a pivotal team, where you will play a critical role in revolutionizing how strategic workforce planning and operational data are managed and leveraged. What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using cloud-based data orchestration tools and related cloud services.
• Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python.
• Manage and support SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Work with tabular data models for advanced analytics.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across planning and reporting platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced SQL development and database design expertise.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks.
• Experience with SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Cloud-based data pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with analytical data models and dimensional modeling.
• Understanding of cloud data platform services and cloud-based data architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience required.

• Related tech industry experience.
