This role supports employee learning and workforce development by coordinating and facilitating orientation, ongoing education, and training programs across Episcopal Homes. The Learning Facilitator will also oversee the Relias learning management system and work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to support employee development and training compliance.Wage: $25.00-$27.50/hr. DOESchedule: Full-Time, Day Shift 8am-5pmWhat You’ll DoCoordinate, schedule, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding, orientation, annual education, and other organizational training programsLead the planning and delivery of General Orientation and Annual Orientation with guidance from the Director of Staff DevelopmentMaintain an annual training calendar and work with department leaders to ensure required education is completed on timePartner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning resources and educational programsMonitor employee training participation, completion rates, competency validations, assessments, and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate training records, attendance documentation, reports, and learning-related dataEvaluate training effectiveness through employee feedback, assessments, and performance dataAdminister the Relias learning management system, including user management, course assignments, content updates, reporting, and troubleshootingAssist employees and leaders with Relias navigation, training completion, and reportingCoordinate training logistics including scheduling, communications, materials, room setup, attendance tracking, and instructor supportServe as the primary contact for external training vendors and coordinate contracted educational servicesProvide administrative and logistical support for clinical and non-clinical education programsSupport competency-based learning and identify opportunities for additional education or refresher trainingPromote a culture of continuous learning, employee development, and engagement throughout Episcopal HomesParticipate in Learning and Development projects and process improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForAssociate degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be consideredTwo to four years of experience in training coordination, staff development, education, human resources, or a related fieldPreferred: Experience working in healthcare or senior livingStrongly Preferred: Experience administering a learning management system, particularly ReliasStrong organizational, time management, and project coordination skillsExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and online learning platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to identify opportunities for improvementAbility to build strong working relationships with employees, leaders, vendors, and external partnersCommitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvementAt Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
