Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.

This position primarily supports the Business Office Manager and may be required to assist with Admissions coverage when necessary to ensure continuity of the admissions process. Position includes traveling between Sprenger of Port Royal and Sprenger of Bluffton.

Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience in a related field, proficient computer knowledge and skills, strong bookkeeping background, strong background with general office machines, and good grammar and punctuation skills.

As a Business Office and Admissions Assistant in a Grace Management Services facility, you must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to:

• Perform general business office functions.
• Supports the Business Office Manager and may be required to assist with admissions coverage when necessary to ensure continuity of the admissions process.
• Back up Private Pay, Medicaid and Hospice billing and submit to appropriate entity.
• Maintain accurate resident census.
• Secure information of residents' financial status.
• Manage resident funds.
