Travel ICU Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with alternating weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, working in a fast-paced environment while adapting to varied situations and patient needs.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Conduct thorough assessments and create care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients' vital signs and health status.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Experience with Cerner EMR system.
Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility.
